Another project at York House, Kingsway!

Following the acquisition of York House by  from CBRE Investment Management, we have been invited back to the building by the new owner to undertake Cat A+ works to the 7th floor.

The roll of honour starts with Doron Lavi Segelson and of SG Rocks. The project is being managed by  and  of  (who also provided technical due diligence for the purchase), cost consultancy by Alex Jones and of and Quinn Ross as MEP consultant. Craig Lamden is leading the Curve Team working alongside Chris Wheeley, Alpesh Bhudia and our very own Jasvir Panesar. Last but certainly not least it is another project with May Fawzy of MF Design Studio Ltd.

We look forward to sharing details of the completed project. In the meantime, Robbie Rowan and Oliver Pardoe MRICS of Bluebook London are leading the letting on behalf of SG-Rocks.
