Project Foroma Delivers State-of-the-Art Lighting for Studio Y at The Yellow Building

Foroma partnered closely with the client, SpaceMade and building owners, Adina Properties over several months to develop a comprehensive lighting solution for the full first-floor conversion of The Yellow Building, part of the iconic Notting Dale Campus. The goal: transform an outdated, end-of-life LED setup into a state-of-the-art, energy-efficient lighting system.

Our scope covered the design, supply, installation and commissioning of a highly considered lighting scheme featuring premium brands including LAMP ES, Zumtobel, Petite Friture, and Zava.

Now home to Studio Y, the first floor of The Yellow Building supports a new kind of coworking concept, right in the heart of a creative hub that already houses leading names — and Foroma clients — such as Stella McCartney and Phoebe Philo.

The full project — from design sign-off to client handover — was completed in under 14 weeks. Delivered on time and within budget, it was a collaborative effort alongside Curve and Furniture Forum, encompassing a complete fit-out and furniture package from top to bottom.
