We have collaborated with our client Aberdeen Standard Investments on a project at The White Building, one of their prime buildings at 33 Kings Road, Reading.

They specifically chose our sustainable design and build expertise to create spaces that would attract tenants by offering a terrific, modern work environment.We effectively transformed the existing CAT B – strip out and fit out - to create CAT A + office accommodation on the 1st floor, to EPC rating B, and a newly configured entrance and reception area.We’ve replaced suspended ceilings and recessed lighting with exposed services, and new floor ceiling glazing throughout which provides excellent natural light.
